QE工程师

1.负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制,寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量；
包括主导产品保证计划，控制计划，MSA，过程能力分析（CPK,PPK…）,并主导及提交PPAPTakechargeofthewholequalitycontrolprocessfromsamplebuildtomassproduction,throughtestingandprocesscontroltoimproveproductquality.Includeproductinsuranceplan,controlPlan,MSA,ProcessCapabilityAnalysis(CPK,PPK…);PrepareQualitydocumentstoforAPQPphaseandsubmitPPAPtocustomer;2.负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题,处理品质异常及品质改善；
Responsibleforsolvingthequalityproblemsintheproductionprocess,handlingtheabnormalqualityandqualityimprovement;;3.负责处理顾客抱怨及主导客户审厂审核,包括审核前、中、后相关准备工作;HandlingCustomercomplaintsandconductcustomeraudit,Includingpre-audit,mid-auditandpost-auditpreparations,followimprovementactionsandreplytocustomer.4.上级领导安排的其他任务。Othertasksassignedbysupervisor.任职资格要求1﹑大专以上学历，有二年以上电子工厂品质控制经验，有NPI品质管理或变压器相关经验优先Collegegraduatedorabove，2oraboveofexperiencesatqualitycontrolatelectronicsmanufacturingsite,transformermanufacturingexperienceormanagementofNPIexperienceispreferred2﹑熟悉8D鱼骨图等手法，有产品先期品质策划相关方面的经验更佳；
Befamiliarwith8DandFIsh-BonemethodsandpreferablyhavingtheknowledgeofadvancedqualityplanatNPIstage3﹑熟悉APQP和FMEA/MSA/CP工具并能熟练运用。熟悉IATF16949体系更佳；
BefamiliarwithAPQPandFMEAFMEA/MSA/CPtools,andknowledgeonthesystemofIATF16949willbepreferable4﹑有客户投诉处理相关经验及客户审厂准备跟进之相关经验Haveexperiencesofcustomercomplainthandlingandtakeactionsforcustomeraudituntilissuesclosed
5﹑具备独立主导品质问题的处理能力；
Abilitytoconductqualityissuesindependently;6、年龄45岁以下.英文CET-4,英文读写流利，可用英文准备8D报告。Lessthan45yearsold,andCET-4orabove，fluentinreadingandwriting，prepare8DreportinEngilish.
