海外销售专员

Accountabilities岗位职责：1.Developnewcustomersandmaintaincooperativerelationshipswitholdcustomers开发新客户并维护与老客户的合作关系2.RegularlyparticipateinCantonFairanddomestic/internationalmajorexhibitionseveryyeartofindnewcustomersandcreatecooperationopportunities,face-to-facenegotiateexchanges,anddevelopcooperationintentions每年定期参与广交会及国内外各大展会，挖掘新客户并创造合作机会，进行面对面洽谈交流，发展合作意向3.Concludingthecontractandfollowingupontherelevantfollow-upmattersafterconfirmingtheorder,includingarrangingbooking,S/O,trucking,customsdeclaration,Shippinginstruction,..,andmaintainingclosecommunicationwiththeconsigneeandshipper.订立合同，跟进确认订单后的相关后续事宜，包括安排订舱、放舱、跟进拖车报关、提单补料等，与收发货人保持密切地沟通4.Followuponcargotrackingregularly,includingtimeofdepartureandarrival,whetherthecontainerisreleasedfromtheCustomsontime,loadingonthevessel,etc.Andupdatenewstocustomers.定期跟进货物追踪，包括开船和到港时间，柜子是否准时放行、装船等，并更新给客户5.Coordinatewitheachoperationdepartmentandcooperateforthefollow-upoperation与各操作部门协调并配合后续操作事宜Qualifications任职资格：1.Collegedegreeorabove,relevantmajorsandrelevantworkingexperiencearepreferred大专及以上学历，相关专业及有相关工作经验者优先考虑2.ProficientinwrittenandreadingEnglish,speakingfluentEnglish,secondlanguage(egSpanish,Russian,French,Arabic,etc.)ispreferred熟练的英语书面及阅读能力，英语口语流利，会第二门外语（如：西语、俄语、法语、阿拉伯语等）优先考虑3.SkilleduseofMicrosoftapplications熟练使用微软应用程序4.Positive,upward-looking,haveadream&goal,talentedpeoplewhoarewillingtoworkhardtogether积极向上，有梦想有目标，愿意一同奋斗的人才5.Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills具有良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力6.Haveteamspirit,goodteamwork,strongpressureresistance有团队精神，善于团队合作，抗压能力强7.Havecapacityforindependentthinking,creativethinkingability,andthepeoplewhocancombinewiththeteamethic有独立自主的思考能力，具备创新思维，与团队理念相结合的人才
